Record Number of Visitors at Cyprus Airports

Hermes Airports announced that July 2025 saw the highest number of visitors in the history of Cyprus airports, with a total of 1,653,880 passengers passing through the airports of Larnaca and Paphos.

From January to July 2025, the airports welcomed 7.3 million passengers, marking an 11.4% increase compared to the previous year.

This increase is attributed to the growing momentum of markets from Israel, the United Kingdom, Poland, Greece, Armenia, and Germany, as well as the increased performance of airlines such as Wizz Air, Aegean, Cyprus Airways, TUI Group, LOT, and Air Haifa.

During the first seven months of 2025, 5 new airlines began operating in Cyprus and 6 new routes were added.
