The 'Trial Stay' Trend in Luxury Real Estate

The high-end real estate market is evolving, with a new trend gaining ground: the 'trial stay'. Affluent buyers are requesting to live in luxury properties before making a purchase.
This trend, which started in the USA, allows buyers to experience the feel of the space, the neighborhood, and living conditions before making a final decision.
In California, owners of a $60 million mansion allowed interested parties to stay for two months for a 'rental' fee of $500,000. Although it did not lead to the immediate sale of the property, the guests eventually bought another property in the same area.
This trend seems to be gaining ground in Europe as well.
