Goldman Sachs: Investment Opportunities for the Next 5 Years

According to Goldman Sachs' forecasts, emerging market stocks are the best investment opportunity for the next five years.

The bank estimates that emerging market stocks have the highest expected return, around 8%, with a 55% probability. Sharmin Mossavar-Rahmani, Chief Investment Officer of Goldman Sachs Wealth Management, mentioned a 20% chance of returns exceeding expectations and a 25% chance of a negative return of around 15%.

Goldman Sachs considered earnings growth, dividend yields, and expected changes in valuations to arrive at its forecasts.
