Greek Food: Export Focus on the Persian Gulf

With approximately 75 Greek companies at Gulfood in Dubai, the Greek food industry is targeting the Persian Gulf market. Gulfood, one of the world's largest exhibitions, is taking place this year simultaneously at the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre.

The presence of Greek products is small but growing, due to good relations with the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The exhibition serves as a trade hub for the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
