Didn't Receive Your KEO Dividend? Here's What to Do
Share on:

KEO plc announced that the payment of the interim dividend to eligible shareholders has been completed, as per the announcement dated June 25, 2025.

For investors whose shares are under the control of a Handler, the payment was made to the Handler, who will distribute the amount to their clients, according to the regulatory decision regarding the operation of the Central Depository and Central Securities Registry.

For investors without a Handler, payment was made either by bank transfer or by check sent by mail.

If there was no response to the company's letter, the dividend is withheld until authorization for a bank transfer (IBAN) or address confirmation is provided. Alternatively, beneficiaries can collect the check from the company's offices upon presentation of an ID/passport.

KEO promotes payment by bank transfer for the prompt payment of dividends. Shareholders are asked to complete and send an authorization with a copy of a bank certificate (bank name, account holder, IBAN).

If someone wishes to receive a check, they must complete and sign the relevant authorization. Otherwise, the dividend will be withheld.
