Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator: New Digital Platform for Connection Requests

HEDNO S.A. (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator) announced the launch of its new digital platform, myΔΕΔΔΗΕ services, aimed at improving customer service and digitizing its operations.

The first available service is the 'Low Voltage New Connection Request', which allows customers to submit requests electronically, without physical presence. Through the platform, users have access to a personalized environment to monitor their applications.

The CEO of HEDNO S.A., A. Manos, stated that the platform is an implementation of the vision for a digitally upgraded and customer-centric HEDNO S.A. By the end of the year, other services are expected to be integrated, such as power increase/decrease and connection of electric vehicle chargers.
