Bird Aviation is expanding its operations at the old Larnaca Airport in Cyprus with the construction of a third hangar for aircraft repair and maintenance. The new hangar will allow simultaneous work on four narrow-body aircraft.

This investment is part of the company's growth strategy, aimed at meeting the increasing demand from airlines and aircraft leasing companies.

Frederic Pralus, CEO of Bird Aviation, stated that the addition of the new hangar will enhance the company's ability to provide high-quality service.

The construction of the new hangar follows the completion of the company's second building at the end of 2024, confirming Bird Aviation's growth in the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector.
