Solar Inverter AZZURRO ZCS Recalled in Cyprus

A manufacturer is conducting a voluntary recall of an electronic device from the Cypriot market because it does not meet the essential requirements for Electromagnetic Compatibility. According to the Department of Electromechanical Services, the product is the AZZURRO ZCS grid-tied solar inverter, model AZZURRO 1PH 3000TL-V3.

Manufactured in China by Zucchetti Centro Sistemi S.p.A. and distributed by Conercon Energy Solutions Ltd, the Department recommends replacing the product, although it is not mandatory. Consumers are advised to return the product to the distributor, who is responsible for the recall.

In case of purchasing a non-compliant product, the consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement. If this is not possible, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and get a refund. These rights are valid for 2 years from the initial delivery. For complaints, consumers can contact the Consumer Protection Service.
