AAΔΕ: Deadline for challenging tax assessments expires

Today, Friday, September 19, 2025, is the deadline for 2,629 self-employed individuals to complete the AAΔΕ questionnaire to challenge the imputed income assessment.

Those who do not submit the questionnaire will lose the right to appeal. The application is reviewed by the competent service within 12 months.

The questionnaire concerns assets and living conditions, such as bank accounts, investments, safe deposit boxes, available cash, cryptocurrencies, and works of art.

The challenge can be based on objective reasons, such as military service, imprisonment, hospitalization, pregnancy, natural disasters, or revocation of an operating license.

Submission is done electronically through the digital portal of AAΔΕ.
