Three-Day Tribute to Mikis Theodorakis in Limassol
The Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts and the University of Limassol (UoL) are organizing a three-day tribute to Mikis Theodorakis in Limassol, from September 2 to 4, 2025, on the occasion of the centenary of his birth.
The program includes:
- Tuesday, September 2, 2025: Classical Music Concert at the Pattihio Municipal Theatre of Limassol.
- Wednesday, September 3, 2025: Art Music Concert: āThe Mikis We Lovedā at the Pattihio Municipal Theatre of Limassol.
- Thursday, September 4, 2025: Scientific Conference at 7:00 p.m. at the Historical Archives of Limassol, focusing on the work and legacy of Mikis Theodorakis.
Admission is free to all events. For seat reservations, the public can use the ticketmaster.cy platform.
The three-day tribute is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth of Cyprus and the Hellenic Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sport.
