A quick and easy recipe for a dessert that can be prepared in 15 minutes, perfect for a Sunday evening.

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 80g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g sugar (white or brown)
  • 60g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Optional: walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat or in the microwave.
  2. Add the sugar and stir.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Add the flour and salt and stir gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan or small baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.

Serving: With vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar and strawberries, or plain.

This dessert is ideal for Sunday, as it requires no special preparation and offers relaxation before the start of the week.
