Natasa Exintaveloni: "I was paid worse than my colleagues"

In an interview with *Rosa Progressive*, Natasa Exintaveloni spoke about the #MeToo movement and her experiences in theater. She mentioned that she did not face discrimination in her family environment, but in the professional field, she experienced unequal treatment and salary differences compared to her colleagues.

The actress revealed that her first job ended up in court when she was 21 years old. Despite the difficulties and conflicts, she emphasizes the importance of collectivity and solidarity in the theater.

"In the job, I started to understand a little why I am paid worse than a colleague of mine... I was getting small sips of it, but my dynamism did not allow me to back down. So I have clashed a lot," said Natasa Exintaveloni.
