Delicious recipe for stuffed peppers with cheese

An easy and quick recipe for stuffed peppers with cheese, ideal for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 6 colorful peppers
- 200g Katiki Domokou cheese
- 200g Anthotyro cheese
- 200g cream cheese
- 2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Olive oil for the pan
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Blanch the peppers in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and let them dry on absorbent paper.
- In a bowl, mash the cheeses with a fork.
- Add the paprika, olive oil, and dill and mix.
- Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture and place them in a pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve the stuffed peppers warm.
