Delicious recipe for stuffed peppers with cheese

An easy and quick recipe for stuffed peppers with cheese, ideal for a light meal or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 6 colorful peppers
  • 200g Katiki Domokou cheese
  • 200g Anthotyro cheese
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • Olive oil for the pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Blanch the peppers in salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and let them dry on absorbent paper.
  4. In a bowl, mash the cheeses with a fork.
  5. Add the paprika, olive oil, and dill and mix.
  6. Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture and place them in a pan.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve the stuffed peppers warm.
