24-Hour Theatre Strike on December 27th

The Panhellenic Federation of Performing Arts (POTA) has announced a 24-hour strike in theaters for Saturday, December 27th. The strike involves actors, theater technicians, and workers in the industry.

According to POTA, the strike is taking place due to the employers' refusal to engage in dialogue for the signing of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA). The Hellenic Actors' Union had declared a strike on December 5th with the same request.

The strike is expected to affect many performances, with several productions already informing the public about changes to tickets. Security personnel, cashiers, and the publicity department for informing the public are excluded.
