"Santis" Case: Kostas Klerides Testifies

Former Attorney General, Kostas Klerides, testified before the investigative team regarding the allegations made by Makarios Drousiotis, as he confirmed to RIK.

Tomorrow, the Chief of Police will inform the Minister of Justice about the progress of the investigation. The submission of a proposal to the Council of Ministers for the appointment of independent criminal investigators will depend on this briefing.

Next week, possibly on Tuesday, a request will be submitted to cancel the search warrant for the home and office of Nikos Klerides, as stated by his lawyer, Christos Klerides. If the request is accepted, any evidence in the hands of the authorities will not be admissible.
