Vorizia: 23-Year-Old Released with Wedding Photos

A 23-year-old has been released, but remains under house arrest, following a disagreement between the investigator and the prosecutor regarding his involvement in an explosion at a house in Vorizia. The 23-year-old, a member of the Kargakis family, denies any connection to the case.

His lawyer presented photos showing the 23-year-old attending a wedding at the time of the explosion. patris.gr published the relevant photo.

Police sources claimed that the 23-year-old had been recorded on video near the site of the explosion. His mother claimed that the videos show he was at the wedding and expressed her trust in justice, according to neakriti.gr.

The judicial council will decide on his pre-trial detention or not.
