Vangelis Stefanakis, 37, convicted of the murder of Fayi Blacha, was found dead in Spata while on leave from prison.

According to police investigation, Stefanakis' death was likely caused by excessive use of stimulants and other substances. The 21-year-old woman who was with him testified that Stefanakis began to feel unwell and collapsed.

Two weapons were found in the house and anabolic substances in his friend's car. Authorities are also investigating Stefanakis' business activities, as he allegedly had involvement in a coffee shop and gas station, despite being in prison.

His relationship with a leading member of the Greek Mafia is also being examined.

The 21-year-old woman and Stefanakis' partner are accused of the weapons found in the apartment.
