Tragedy: 20-year-old dies after Nicosia traffic accident

A 20-year-old from India, YASHAPREET SING, succumbed to his injuries this morning, following a traffic accident that occurred last Friday in Nicosia.

The young man was being treated in critical condition at Nicosia General Hospital after a road collision that took place on 01/08/2025. According to the police announcement, the 20-year-old was injured while riding his motorcycle on Strovolos Avenue. Under investigation circumstances, he lost control of the motorcycle, resulting in hitting the sidewalk and overturning.
