Two Businessmen Arrested in Larnaca in Shooting Case

Two well-known businessmen have been arrested in Larnaca in connection with a shooting case. The Larnaca District Court ordered their four-day detention. The two businessmen are suspected of interfering in a judicial process and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.

One of the two, a 47-year-old, is also suspected of illegal possession of property, as €103,915 and 42 checks were found in his company's offices. According to the police, the two businessmen met with the complainant in the shooting case on January 21.

Three individuals working as security guards without a license were also arrested but released. The businessmen's lawyer, Antonis Dimitriou, stated that his clients are not connected to any factions.
