Protaras: Colleague Attacked with Knuckle Duster – Two Arrests

Police have arrested two individuals in the Famagusta district for assault and causing grievous bodily harm.

The two suspects, aged 19 and 17, were arrested under court warrants and detained.

According to the Police, around 5:30 PM last Thursday, August 21, a 31-year-old man was attacked by a colleague, who punched him in the face, possibly using a knuckle duster, at a workplace in Protaras.

The 31-year-old was injured and found to have suffered a fractured eye socket and lacerations. He received treatment at Famagusta General Hospital.

The case is being investigated by TAE Famagusta.
