Paphos: 79-year-old in ICU After Falling from Golf Cart

A 79-year-old woman is hospitalized in serious but stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Paphos General Hospital, following an accident in the Paphos district.

According to the Police, the accident occurred when the woman fell from a golf cart driven by a 20-year-old tourist on a private road of a golf course. The 79-year-old was taken to the hospital with hemorrhages and hematomas in the brain.

Authorities are continuing investigations to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
