Her company, based in Utrecht, offers properties for sale in Kyrenia, Agios Ambrosios, Trikomo, and Bogazi. A 35% down payment is required, with the remainder in installments.

The realtor promises a “privileged living experience” in a “most popular location in the Mediterranean,” concealing that it is located in an unrecognized entity due to the Turkish invasion.
