Police Operation in Cyprus: 4 Arrests and Hundreds of Checks

The Cyprus Police conducted a series of checks across the island, leading to the arrest of four individuals for various offenses. The operations aimed to prevent criminal activities and ensure public order.

During the checks, 593 vehicles were stopped and 759 people were inspected. In addition, 27 premises were checked.

Traffic controls resulted in 359 complaints for traffic violations, including 96 for speeding. One driver tested positive for drug use.

Police operations continue daily to protect citizens.
