Nicosia: 6-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Fall

A 6-year-old boy was seriously injured around 2:20 AM after falling from a height of approximately 9 meters in Nicosia. The child, looking for his mother who was working at a restaurant, opened the kitchen window to go out into the yard but lost his balance.

Neighbors heard the child shouting and called an ambulance, which transported him to Nicosia General Hospital. Doctors reported that his condition is serious but out of danger.

Additionally, police are investigating an incident in Latsia, where an injured person with serious leg and head injuries was found. The person was also taken to Nicosia General Hospital. Their identity has not yet been verified, and authorities are investigating a possible altercation.
