Limassol: 30-Year-Old Woman Beaten to Death – Couple Wanted

Three women from Nigeria have been detained in connection with the murder of a 30-year-old compatriot in Limassol. The suspects claim they hit the victim, Victory Osarumen Thompson, even with a broomstick, in an attempt to calm her down due to her agitated state.

According to the police, the suspects indicated that the 30-year-old's behavior was due to drug use. Furthermore, the presence of other individuals in the apartment has been confirmed, specifically a Nigerian couple who are wanted as they allegedly took the victim's mobile phone.

During interrogation, the suspects admitted to hitting the 30-year-old with their hands and a broomstick, claiming they were trying to calm her down after finding her in an agitated state when they returned to the apartment. "The 2nd suspect picked up a broomstick and started hitting the victim, even when it broke," the police investigator stated.

The investigation is ongoing, and autopsy results are pending.

According to the police, the women were engaged in prostitution in the apartment.
