Limassol: Arrests for burglaries in fire-stricken areas, increased patrols

As part of intensified patrols in the Limassol area to prevent fires, police arrested four people for various offenses.
In two separate incidents, police stopped a total of three vehicles for inspection. In the first case, small amounts of narcotics were found on two drivers, and they were arrested. A weapon, possibly an air gun, was also found at the home of one of the arrestees, without a permit.
In the second case, burglary tools were found in a vehicle, and the two occupants were arrested.
The two drivers with the narcotics were charged in writing and released, while the other two are expected to be brought to court.
