Limassol: Minor Arrested for Arson of 28-Year-Old's Car

Police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the arson of a car that occurred on February 25, 2026, in Limassol.

According to reports, around 2:40 AM on February 25, 2026, a fire broke out in a car owned by a 28-year-old, which was parked in an apartment building in the Limassol district. The car was completely destroyed, and the apartment building sustained damage.

During the investigation, evidence emerged against the 17-year-old, who was arrested and taken into custody. A 32-year-old was also arrested in connection with the same case but was later released pending further investigation.

The Limassol CID is investigating the case.
