A 49-year-old businessman has been arrested in Limassol in connection with the arson of luxury vehicles that occurred on January 25th. A 28-year-old is already in custody for the same case.

According to the police, the 28-year-old resident of Nicosia was arrested on Monday for the arson at a luxury car dealership. The incident took place in the early hours of January 25th, at a business owned by a 37-year-old from Romania, destroying two vehicles worth €180,000. Damage was also caused to the premises.

Meanwhile, a 49-year-old businessman from Limassol was arrested with a court warrant. During a search of his home and car, €18,000 in cash, two imitation pistols, and five mobile phones were found.

The Limassol CID continues the investigation.
