Limassol: Shooting at Hotel Complex β Police Investigation
Police are investigating a shooting incident at a hotel complex in Limassol, which occurred on New Year's Day. According to the Cyprus Times, the shooting took place shortly after 6 p.m. by two people on a motorcycle.
According to Limassol Assistant Police Director Lefteris Kyriakou, one of the perpetrators got off the motorcycle and shot at the building. The perpetrators had their faces covered. No injuries were reported from the shooting.
Authorities are investigating the motive of the attack, collecting testimonies and studying closed-circuit surveillance footage.
