Limassol: Five Arrests in Connection with 30-Year-Old Woman's Murder

Limassol Police have arrested five individuals in connection with the murder of 30-year-old Victory Osarumen Thompson. The arrested individuals are believed to have been present in the apartment where the fatal assault took place in the early hours of Sunday.
According to the Assistant Police Director of Operations of the Limassol CID, Lefteris Kyriakou, two more suspects were arrested, a 30-year-old foreign national in Nicosia and a 31-year-old in Limassol. The first three suspects, two 24-year-olds and a 35-year-old, who were temporarily cohabitating with the victim, were placed under 8-day detention on Monday.
Dozens of pieces of evidence have been collected, including mobile phones, which will be sent to the relevant laboratories for examination. The police are continuing their investigations to fully clarify the case.
The case file, which concerns the offenses of conspiracy to commit murder and premeditated murder, will be forwarded to the Legal Service for final instructions.
