Limassol: Unknown Assailant Breaks into 77-Year-Old Woman's Home and Injures Her

Police are investigating a case of robbery, burglary, theft, illegal entry, and bodily harm in Limassol. Around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, a 77-year-old woman was found injured in her home.

According to the complaint, after two power outages, the woman returned to her house and found a mess in a bedroom. An unknown man with a black hood struck her on the head and stole two gold chains and her cell phone.

The 77-year-old was taken to a private hospital in Limassol with a laceration and abrasions to the head. TAE Limassol continues the investigation.
