Larnaca: Third Arrest in Abduction Attempt Case

Police in Larnaca have made a third arrest in connection with a case involving assault, causing actual bodily harm, attempted abduction, threats, extortion, and illegal possession of an offensive weapon.

The three suspects arrested so far will be presented before the Larnaca District Court today. Previously, a 25-year-old and a 34-year-old had been arrested.

The arrest followed a complaint by a 46-year-old, who reported being attacked by three men outside his home. One of the perpetrators struck him with a club, and they attempted to forcibly transport him to their car.
