Larnaca: Knife Fight, Seven Arrests Made

Seven minors were arrested in Larnaca in connection with a knife fight that injured five people, two seriously. According to Christodoulos Konsolos, Press Officer of the Larnaca Police Directorate, the detainees are foreign nationals from Syria.

The brawl took place in a parking lot near the minors' accommodation facility. Police collected evidence and are examining CCTV footage. The seven individuals will be brought before the Larnaca District Court tomorrow for the issuance of a detention order.

The fight occurred on June 25, when minors clashed using knives. Five were injured and transferred to Larnaca General Hospital. Two are hospitalized with serious injuries.
