Larnaca: Apartment Fire Arson – 24-Year-Old Arrested

A fire in an apartment in Larnaca was determined to be arson, with authorities arresting a 24-year-old for the crime.

The fire broke out shortly after 6:00 AM, prompting a response from the fire department and leading to a precautionary evacuation of the building. Video captured the moment the building was engulfed in flames.

The flames caused extensive damage to the apartment and the rest of the building due to smoke and heat. The 24-year-old was arrested based on testimony and is expected to appear in court. TAE Larnaca continues the investigation.
