Larnaca: 78-Year-Old Found Dead – Unsafe Water Suspected

A 78-year-old man was found dead in his home in Larnaca, with authorities investigating the possibility of unsafe water consumption. His wife is hospitalized in serious condition.

According to reports, the 78-year-old and his wife had been taken to the hospital after feeling unwell. The man returned to his home, where he was found dead by a relative. His body showed no external injuries.

Relatives and neighbors who gathered at the house also showed symptoms of illness and were taken to the hospital. All had consumed water from the same refrigerator, which has been seized for laboratory testing. Authorities are also investigating the possibility of consuming another beverage.
