Larnaca: 33-Year-Old Sentenced for Arson of Garage

A 33-year-old man was sentenced to five years in prison by the Larnaca Permanent Criminal Court for an arson committed in July 2025.

According to the Police, the 33-year-old confessed to setting fire to a garage owned by a 58-year-old woman on July 12, 2025. The woman immediately extinguished the fire, but damage was caused to the garage.

The 33-year-old was arrested on July 14 by members of the TAE and OPE Larnaca, after testimony emerged against him.
