Katsounotos: "No connection to smear attempts" – Response to Triantafyllidis

Michalis Katsounotos, through his lawyer Modestos Chr. Poyiatzis, responded to the statements made by Chris Triantafyllidis regarding the criminal prosecution of Anna Aristotelous, Athina Dimitriou, and six other individuals in connection with the prison documents case.

In his statement, Mr. Poyiatzis stated that Mr. Katsounotos has no connection to the smear attempts and has fully cooperated with the procedures. He emphasized that Mr. Katsounotos has nothing to fear and that cases are resolved in the courts.

The statement was issued following the publication of the criminal prosecution regarding documents found in the possession of a prison guard.
