Katsounotos Responds to Claims of 'Cannibalism'

The lawyer of Michalis Katsounotos, Modestos Poyiatzis, responded to statements by Christos Triantafyllidis, as well as references by Anna Aristotelous and Athina Dimitriou, calling them "defamatory, unfounded, and dangerous." Mr. Poyiatzis rejected claims of "cannibalism" and "retaliatory actions," arguing that it is an attempt to mislead public opinion and undermine institutions.

According to Mr. Poyiatzis, Mr. Katsounotos has not committed any action that violates his duties. He further emphasized that any attempt at defamation will be treated with strictness, defending public order and the presumption of innocence.
