Seven Arrests for Drugs, Thefts, and Other Offenses

Police arrested seven individuals during targeted preventative operations. The arrests relate to various offenses, including driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of an offensive weapon, illegal possession of property and narcotics, theft, failure to appear in court, speeding, and illegal possession of property.
In total, 371 vehicles were stopped for inspection and 214 individuals were checked. 21 premises were also inspected. Traffic controls resulted in 133 complaints for traffic violations, with 4 related to driving under the influence of alcohol. 209 alcohol tests were carried out, and six vehicles were impounded.
These operations are part of a broad police plan to prevent crime and enhance public safety.
