The trial of German real estate agent, Eva Isabella Künzel, accused of embezzling Greek Cypriot properties in the occupied territories, has been adjourned to September 5th. The adjournment was due to new legal issues that arose, including a recent decision by the European Court.

During the proceedings, the representative of the Prosecution Authority, Anna Matthaiou, stated the need to study the European decision. The President of the Court, Nikolas Georgiadis, emphasized the importance of the decision. The defense attorney, Raphaella Chrysostomou, agreed to the adjournment.
